Location: Legazpi City, Albay

This role provides people support to the 2026–2027 Child Path Model (CPM) Scale-Up Implementation Project by building safe, a safe, compliant, and supportive workplace while delivering core HR services across the employee life cycle. 

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Facilitate recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts, selects, and retains high-quality talent aligned with business objectives and culture.
  • Plan, facilitate and implement Agency’s Occupational Safety and Standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of administrative activities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Organize and manage company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Facilitates compliance of all administrative requirements, licenses and accreditation and ensures that the agency is compliant to government agency standards.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resource and Administration
  • Excellent in organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently as part of a team

Overall Decision making and Supervision: 

·     Moderately difficult decision-making requiring judgement in resolving issues. 

·     General supervision.
