Borrowers include governments, local and regional authorities, public and private banks, non-profit organisations and others. As a multilateral bank with a triple-A credit rating, the CEB funds itself on the international capital markets. It approves projects according to strict social, environmental and governance criteria, and provides technical assistance. In addition, the CEB receives funds from donors to complement its activities. The Information Technology Division (CS-IT) provides quality IT services and innovative information technology solutions to support the Bank’s operations and to fulfil the Bank’s strategic objectives in an efficient and effective manner, continuously adapting to business needs.

He/she will assess business needs, analyse them, translate them into incidents or change requests, and supervise their development into project mode when required.
The Unit's project portfolio has a significant cross-functional aspect, requiring the incumbent to work with and coordinate several teams (adapted to the projects under his/her responsibility), both within the IT Division (architecture, infrastructure, security, service desk) and within the organisation.
