We are the new, non-profit democracy charity evaluator – based in Berlin, operating globally. Power for Democracies aspires to build an evidence base on effective pro-democracy activities and efficient NGOs carrying them out, covering a wide geographic and topical landscape. This will require gathering and processing existing knowledge as well as initiating our own research. We will use the results to publish recommendations for donors, who want to support democracy as effectively as possible.
