Youth Impact is an evidence-based international NGO working in education and health for young people around the world. We partner hand-in-hand with governments to scale high-impact programs through public systems, rigorously testing and refining them to maximise impact and reduce cost. 

We have close government partnerships and on-the-ground teams in Botswana, South Africa, Namibia, India, and the Philippines, alongside partnerships in many other countries and team members working across the globe. 

Our diverse global team spans disciplines, backgrounds, and time zones, but we are united by shared values and a commitment to learning. We’re curious, analytical, and unafraid to adapt whether negotiating partnerships, diving into data, visiting schools, or occasionally breaking into song and dance. We are now entering an ambitious new phase of global growth, scaling rapidly across new geographies while maintaining the quality and rigour that define our work. Our mission

Youth Impact is a non-profit organisation dedicated to connecting youth to proven life-changing information.

We design, test and scale cost-effective, evidence-based programmes that equip young people with the skills, confidence and opportunities they need to thrive. Our work combines rigorous research with practical delivery, ensuring that what we implement works and that it can be sustained at scale.

Job opportunities
