Minimum requirements:
- University degree from a UN-recognized academic institution. Find out more here. *Should you not find your university degree in this link, a formal letter from your Ministry of Education stating their recognition of the university and degree should suffice.
- Relevant professional experience in the functional area you are interested in applying for.
Years of experience and other requirements may differ among levels (Junior to Senior Level) and functional areas. Before applying, be sure you meet all requirements needed for the role you are interested in.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and an intermediate level of a second UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or Portuguese.
- Mobility is the essence of WFP and continues to be a core contractual requirement to work in any WFP country of operation, including emergency duty stations from 2 to 4 years.
