Are you experienced in transportation and interested in an international career working with a diverse team? If so, keep reading!

The European Union (EU) is seeking highly qualified professionals in the transportation field. As an AD 7-level administrator, you'll primarily work at the European Commission, mainly in the Directorate-General for Mobility and Transport (DG MOVE).

Your role involves developing new transportation policies and laws and overseeing existing ones. You'll also handle coordination, negotiation, and representation, including international interactions in transportation.

Additionally, you'll conduct analyses related to politics, policies, law, or science. This includes collaborating with experts and committees, translating technical analyses into practical policies, and managing transportation projects.

Do you meet the requirements? To apply, you must be an EU citizen, proficient in one official EU language, and have satisfactory knowledge of another official EU language, with English being one of them.

You must also have one of the following qualifications:

  1. A 3-year university degree in law, economics, engineering, transport, logistics, or political science and at least 7 years of relevant professional experience.

  2. A 4-year university degree in law, economics, engineering, transport, logistics, or political science and at least 6 years of relevant professional experience.

  3. A 3-year university degree in a field other than the ones mentioned above and at least 9 years of relevant professional experience.
