En vue de la mise en oeuvre de ses activite, le PNUD à travers son pilier Stabilisation et Résilience est en train de mettre en oeuvre le Programme de prévention et transformation des conflits dans 5 provinces (Kinshasa, Nord et Sud Kivu, Ituri, Kasai et Tanganyika).
Pour assurer les tâches de tranport liées à la mise en oeuvre effective de ses activités à Kinshasa, le bureau du PNUD en RDC recrute un(e) chauffeur pour le pilier Stabilisation bureau de coordination/ Kinshasa. Les présents termes de référence décrivent les fonctions et responsabilités ainsi que les compétences et les qualifications requises.
 
Duties and Responsibilities

Sous la supervision générale du Team Leader du projet du Programme de présention et transformation
des conflits et de la supervision direct de l’Associé(e) au programme, le chauffeur assumera les
responsabilités et fonctions suivantes :
- Assurer les différentes courses de service : transport des membres du programme et matériels,
distribution du courrier, accueil à l’aéroport, achats, etc
- Veiller à la propreté et l’entretien régulier du véhicule mis à sa disposition
-Mettre à jour le carnet de bord
- Assurer la sécurité du véhicule mis à sa disposition
- Accueillir/conduire les membres du programme et des delegations/visiteurs du programme à l’aéroport et les assister dans les formalités d’enregistrement et de douane;
- Etre responsable de tout ce qui se trouve dans le véhicule : matériel de bord, documents (carte grise, assurance, admission temporaire, et autres…) ;
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches demandées par la hiérarchie conformément au besoin de la Coordination du programme stabilisation

Required Skills and Experience

 
Education:
  • Avoir le niveau d’études secondaires.
Experience:
  • Avoir au moins 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente liée la fonction;
  • Avoir une éxpériences de conduite de véhicule en milieu rural.
  • Avoir une expérience dans le système des Nations Unies ou Organisation Internationale est un atout ;

Required skills

  •  Avoir un permis de conduire valide
  • Etre formé à la conduite et à la mécanique automobile
