To support the development of a strong, viable and pluralistic civil society in post-constitution Afghanistan.

Context

BRD is a non-profit charity organization working in the area of human rights, humanitarian action, sustainable livelihood, environment, protection of culture heritage, promotion of good governance and accountability and civil society empowerment in Afghanistan. BRD is going through digital transformation to enable continuation of its services. It will support BRD for the effective used of these tools and platforms, to help BRD in improving and increasing the effectiveness of its operation and services, as non-profit organization supporting the people in need in the frontline.

Task description

BRD is currently in need of support from Online Volunteer who have expertise in setting up BRD IT infrastructure and platforms, using Microsoft 365 apps, tools and services (One Drive, SharePoint, and user management). The Online Volunteer will be responsible for configuration, on-boarding and off boarding, and the the enhancement of BRD's SharePoint for collecting and sharing data, organising One Drive data for sharing, and creating Microsoft Teams channels for different team within the organisation, and user management system. The online assignment will enhance the knowledge and skills of the Online Volunteer and provide opportunities to gain working experience with a non-profit organisation.
