Key competencies | Qualifications and Experience Education A bachelor’s accounting, in combination with 7 additional years’ relevant work experience, of which at least 2 years include working with government water utilities / institutions would be preferred. A Master’s degree would be an advantage. A degree in a related such as business management (or similar) could be accepted if the applicant has good experience with the Sudanese public sector finance system and financial management of utilities. Experience At least 7 years of experience in public sector financial management in Sudan. Experience in the water utilities. Experience in consulting in the financial management field would be an asset. Languages Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic is required.
