Human Resources Intern
The International Potato Center (CIP) is seeking an energetic and outgoing Human Resources (HR) intern to perform a challenging work as an active member of the HR Business Partner Community. As anHRintern, she/he willbe exposedtovarious aspects of theemployee experience fromTalent Acquisition (recruiting) to Talent Development.
About the position:
The HR intern will report to the HR team and will be based in Lima, Peru. The intern will be able to get involved on ad-hoc project and can network with business leaders and co-workers at their location and across the region. They will be empowered to identify areas for improvement and growthandwillbe challengedtobringtheircreativityandinnovationtohelpus inourcontinuously
improvement. Keys to success for this position are: organization, teamwork, excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and wiliness to learn and acquire new knowledge. Key responsibilities:
• Support in the talent acquisition processes in coordination with the Business Partners. • Posting job offers for national and international positions in social networks and national and international job boards.
• Support in national consultancy processes.
• Support in the requests of eventual personnel for different areas.
• Support in the administration of the database and reports of KPIs.
• Logistical support in organizational welfare events.
• Preparing induction or training presentations for inner clients in coordination with the HR Business Partners.
• Consolidating data regarding HR shareholders.
What are we looking for?

• Student coursing at least the 4 year (8 Cycle) of Administration, Industrial Engineer, or related area of study, with focus on Human Resources and Organizational Development. High grade average is required.
• Prior internship experience in Human Resources is preferred.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required. • Demonstrated analytical skills with a focus on details.
• Flexible interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Available to work at least 30 hours per week.
