Scope of Work:

The IRC is looking for hard working, and positive nature to enroll under this position. The Education Data Entry be responsible for entering the data gathered by the team regarding OOSC & regular students of targeted CBA and Schools, Entering weekly and monthly OOSC & Teachers update. Entering Quarterly OOSC grades. Reporting any uncompleted data in project database to officers to collect it from filed.

Job Summary

The data entry will monitor and update Monthly project database. Assist in managing and sorting out the data, Prepare the distribution documents for the field team, Responsible for the data entry for the project and archiving, Ensure data is collected correctly and in a timely manner, Enter monitoring data into data collection, Other duties as assigned by his/her supervisor.

Responsibilities:

The Data Entry will be responsible but not limited to:

  • Using data quality checklist ensure data entry into database software precisely and ensure the accuracy of information, identify and prevent duplication.
  • Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.
  • Day to day entry of activities statistics and data.
  • Assist in Designing and maintaining project databases when required.
  • Maintain a proper electronic and hard archiving system of all project documents in a standard folder structure.
  • Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan.
  • Generate regular reports, store completed work in designated locations.
  • Scan documents and print files, when required.
  • Ensure the respect of the principle of confidentially and not to disclose any information acquire by performing her/his duties.
  • Commit to the humanitarian principles of strict neutrality, religious and political impartiality and non-discrimination.
  • Perform any other tasks as required by MEAL department.
