Overview of position
  • Support evidence-based, policy-oriented, and publication-quality research for a policy brief on Online Gender-Based Violence in Libya
  • Analyze and contribute to the formal writing of the policy brief research and dissemination of the research results
  • Support the preparation of policy brief product in English for publication and dissemination under the supervision of UN Women Libya.
  • Ensures that policy brief will be reviewed and co-binding by UN Women.
Provides administrative and logistical support for the research.

Prepare, coordinate and co-facilitate the policy brief research 10 – 29 July
Support policy brief writing, and dissemination of the research results 13 – 29 July
Support the representation/outreach activities 29 – 31 July

Qualifications
Education Master’s in Political or Social Science, Economics,
International Development Studies, Gender / Women's Studies, Public Policy, or
any related field is required
Experience - 3 year of experience at the national or international level in gender equality and women rights
- Experience in conducting researches and writing briefs
- Experience in Libya or the region is an asset.
Language Requirements - Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic is required
Team management
