Overview of position
  • CTG is looking for Field Coordinator - Monitor to support the selection of beneficiaries on 7 locations in Baghdad to one of the clients' project,
  • The selection will be monitored by direct supervision of Project Manager.
  • The Field Coordinator - Monitor should understand & respect client sustainability principles in day to day project management & seek opportunities to champion gender equality to the workplace.
Role objectives
  • Support the selection process of beneficiaries (supervisors & skilled / unskilled workers) & undertake community outreach in coordination with the contractor(s).
  • Verify the selection of  beneficiaries in line with the predefined criteria.
  • Provide support in operational & administrative issues in relation to the beneficiaries such as facilitating between contractor(s) & relevant authorities in securing CfW work permits.
  • Monitor the contractor(s) in managing the CfW beneficiaries including training, compliance with the SOPs, labour standards, etc.
  • Supervise & review submissions for contracts, purchase orders & related documents prior to final approval.
  • Conduct field visits to oversee, coordinate & monitor field level activities of the project.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
Project reporting
This role reports to the Project Manager.

Team management
This role does not have any team management responsibility.
