The position:

The Finance Associate delivers effective financial advice and services to internal and external clients, providing finance related guidance to both Country Office (CO) and UNFPA supported projects. 

The Finance Associate is located in Country Offices (CO) and reports to the International Operations Manager.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience

Education:  

Completed Secondary Level Education required. Professional Accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CA desirable.

Knowledge and Experience: 

· Seven years of relevant experience in administration, finance or office management.

· Proficiency in current office software applications, web-based management and ERP financial systems.

Languages: 

Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages (Dari and Pashto) is required.
