Project Manager, Executives in Residence and Changemakers  

Location: Europe (Any Ashoka office in Europe) 

Overview 

The Executives in Residence (EIR) and Changemakers teams are strengthening their European presence hiring a full-time project manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on the implementation of Ashoka’s significant global engagements with leading corporate partners. 

In particular, you will responsible for: 

• The implementation of the DELA Accelerator -- matching IKEA Co-Workers with Ashoka Fellows and supporting them throughout their on-site placements and the implementation of their Accelerator projects. 

• Coordinating the overall quality, efficiency and efficacy of deliverables across EIR and Changemakers partnerships, being responsible for overall timeline, project plan and budget. 

General deliverables include: 

• Managing operations for core Ashoka programs and products 

• Designing the timeline, project plan and budget for engagements 

• Managing internal and external timelines for partners and reporting back to them in a timely fashion 

• Coordinating project teams, facilitating all internal communications (notes, agenda setting, etc.)  

• Defining KPIs, as well as designing and implementing impact evaluation surveys and analyses 

• Producing final reports & project reviews  

• Keeping abreast with trends in social entrepreneurship, leadership development, shared value creation, corporate social responsibility…and beyond. 

Requirements 

The ideal candidate will have: 

• At least 3 years professional experience in project management and coordinating teams 

• An attention for detail and highly organized. 

• Experience working directly with groups of people from different backgrounds and seniority levels, especially from the corporate sector 

• An intrapreneurial spirit, with experience working in a start-up environment or leading innovation projects inside of existing organizations. 

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English 

• A passion for social impact, community-building, and business as a positive force for good. 

• A good grasp of social media is always helpful, and facility with programs like Microsoft Office and Google Drive is essential.
