OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME
1. Le developpement et la mise en Åuvre des politiques, strategies nationales et plans operationnels en matiere de sante de la Reproduction y compris la Planification Familiale, de la sante de la mere, du nouveau-ne, et de promotion du Genre;2. Le developpement et la mise en Åuvre de directives nationales et protocoles techniques en matiere de sante de la Reproduction, sante de la mere, du nouveau-ne et des personnes Agees avec un accent particulier sur les normes et standards pour la qualite des services et des soins; 3. La collaboration avec les partenaires impliques dans les activites de renforcement du systeme de sante et des services de la sante en faveur du couple Mere et Nouveau-ne, de vaccination, et des urgences humanitaires, de prevention et de prise en charge du VIH/SIDA et du Paludisme.DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
1. Servir de point focal de l'OMS pour la mise en Åuvre des interventions de sante de la reproduction, maternelle, neonatale et des personnes agees;2. Appuyer le Ministere de la Sante, les autres departements du Gouvernement, les Partenaires et ONG, dans l'elaboration, la mise en Åuvre et le suivi/evaluation des politiques, strategies et plans relatifs a la sante maternelle, neonatale et des personnes de 3eme Age, en fournissant les avis et conseils techniques necessaires3. Appuyer le processus d'adaptation, la mise en Åuvre des normes et outils des soins de qualite contribuant a la reduction de la mortalite maternelle et neonatale, notamment ceux relatifs a la Planification Familiale; 4. Renforcer la collaboration entre les Agences du Systeme des Nations Unies, les partenaires bilateraux et multilateraux et les ONG impliques dans les programmes de sante maternelle, neonatale, y compris la promotion Genre; 5. Appuyer le suivi/evaluation des programmes de Sante maternelle, neonatale, ainsi que la mobilisation des ressources pour la mise en Åuvre ;6. Apporter un appui a la recherche operationnelle sur les divers aspects de la sante de la mere et du nouveau-ne, la documentation et la dissemination des bonnes pratiques; 7. Apporter un appui technique pour une meilleure integration des programmes de sante, notamment ceux relatifs a la sante maternelle et neonatale et le VIH/SIDA, pour le renforcement du systeme de sante en vue de la Couverture Sante Universelle (CSU);8. Faciliter la coordination des partenaires et des parties prenantes dans le domaine de la Sante de la Reproduction, de la Sante de la mere, de l'enfant et de l'adolescent9. Preparer les missions pour le personnel de l'OMS et les consultants externes traitant des questions relatives a la Sante de la Reproduction, Sante maternelle et neonatale et suivre leurs recommandations10. Executer toutes autres activites requises par le Representant de l'OMS.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Essential\: Doctorat en MedecineDiplome post universitaire de sante publiqueDesirable\: Diplome post universitaire en gynecologie-obstetrique ou en pediatrie.
Experience
Essential\: Au minimum cinq (05) ans experience pratique en planification, mise en Åuvre, monitorage et supervision des activites de sante maternelle, neonatale y compris la Planification Familiale au niveau nationalDesirable\: Avoir une experience professionnelle de collaboration avec les organisations bilaterales ou multilaterales

REMUNERATION
Remuneration comprises an annual base salary starting at XOF 23,582,000 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance, as applicable) and 30 days of annual leave.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
