Background
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design online templates and blue-prints to capture career experience across the employee life-cycle, from new hires to long tenured personnel.
- Support AI and online platform to capture current and future skill gaps across the organization related to the employee life-cycle with the intent to address skills gaps through development.
- Create tools and resources to strengthen the onboarding experience of new employees and implementation of an onboarding platform.
- Create executive level summaries and presentations related to the employee experience.
- Design and deliver webinars, online learning, and technology enhanced learning.
- Design employee and manager toolkits to promote a growth-based career management culture.
- Work with UNDP’s global network of Talent Development Managers to promote career services and resources.
- Provide career management services virtually and in person in country offices.
- Curate or develop career management resources e.g. employee guides, career stories, interagency job repository etc. on UNDP’s Career Catalyst (internal Career Management Portal).
- Manage operational tasks as necessary, e.g. logistics, collaboration and coordination with outside vendors, participant management, communication and marketing.
- Conduct research and liaise with appropriate stakeholders to collect information and adapt best practices to UNDP’s contexts across the globe.
- Collect and analyses internal and external data to e.g. evaluate and improve programmes and identify trends.

Required Skills and Experience
- Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or higher) in human resources, business management, or other related so field is desired. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience related to the Employee Experience e.g. recruitment, onboarding, talent and leadership development, performance management.
- Experience working in an international environment required.
- Experience in the usage of software packages / MS Office 360 (e.g. PPT, Word, Excel).
- Fluency in oral and written English is required.
- Working knowledge of French and / or Spanish is required.
- Experience working in the United Nations or multi-lateral system.
- Experience in a UN country office and/or at Headquarters desirable.
- Experience working on talent development.
- Project management, adult education, coaching or career counselling certificates an asset.
