Overview of positionUnder the direct supervision of the Supply Chain Assistant and Overall supervision of the Procurement & Logistics Officer the incumbent will perform the following tasks:
Role objectivesEnsures that all the IOM Libya Mission, Tripoli premises are kept clean and tidy condition.
Keeps clean all corridors, stairs, walkways, gardens, toilets and as may be necessary the surrounding area of the IOM Libya Mission, Tripoli office.
Monitor the supplies and condition of consumable cleaning tools and materials and report to the Supply Chain Assistant on needed supplies and replenishments.
Reports to the person in charge of maintenance any problems with the fittings in bathrooms, toilets, public areas, etc.
Check and clean all program stocks of visibility materials/archives at least once a month and ensure that all goods are in good condition, and report back on status to the Supply Chain Assistant.
Verifies that cleaning effected is up to proper standards and liaises with the Supply Chain assistant concerning scheduling of tasks.
Any other duty within the incumbent’s capabilities as assigned by the Supply Chain Assistant.
