The Grants Officer will contribute to achieve quality programming by closely supporting the Grants Manager with key elements of Project Cycle Management, including reporting, proposals and ongoing monitoring and modifications of all grants. The Grants Officer supports report submissions in line with the grant process flowchart and will coordinate the implementation of minimum standards for Project Cycle Management and following NRC Standard Operating Procedures. S/he ensures NRC programme/support teams, as well as external stakeholders (e.g. auditors), have access to up-to-date grants-related files and information in soft and hard copies, and ensures that programme and support colleagues are informed of relevant donor compliance regulations and NRC procedures. S/he will contribute to maintaining and constantly upgrading NRC Lebanon’s internal grants management systems and tools. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to learn, detail-oriented, able to work under tight deadlines, able to quickly understand and elaborate information from multiple sources, and eager to support on any and all ad hoc tasks required.
