Established in 1951, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) is the leading intergovernmental organization in the field of migration and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits migrants and society. IOM is part of the United Nations system, as a related organization. IOM supports migrants across the world, developing effective responses to the shifting dynamics of migration and, as such, is a key source of advice on migration policy and practice. The organization works in emergency situations, developing the resilience of all people on the move, and particularly those in situations of vulnerability, as well as building capacity within governments to manage all forms and impacts of mobility. The Organization is guided by the principles enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations, including upholding human rights for all. Respect for the rights, dignity and well-being of migrants remains paramount.

IOM works to promote international cooperation on migration issues, to assist in the search for practical solutions to migration problems, and to support the systematic and humane management of migration in order to provide humanitarian assistance to migrants in need.

IOM will conduct data collection activities in the field in close coordination with the "The Promoting Sustainable and Socially Inclusive Labour Market Integration" Project’s stakeholders, including the Presidency of Migration Management (PMM).

Enumerator will be reporting to IOM and will work under direct supervision of IOM’s Senior Project Associate and Field Coordinator.

and Field Coordinator. The UN Volunteer will:
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative interviews in the field with individuals from both host and migrant communities
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
• Report daily progress to the Team Leader and inform them of any issues or incomplete interviews
• Conduct interviews in a respectful and culturally appropriate manner
• Utilize established mobile data collection tools
• Submit daily updates to Team Leader on progress, challenges, and observations
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor
