The Enumerator will be responsible for performing the following tasks:
Conduct assessments of target districts in selected provinces according to the sample size as stipulated in the Kobo/Comcare forms.
Collect quantitative and/or qualitative data provided by the MERL Department.
Follow procedures and protocols in collecting and recording data.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure confidentiality and security of data.
Conduct follow-up interviews as necessary to obtain missing or incomplete data.
Utilize electronic devices to record data.
Follow and implement guidance/instruction provided by the Quality Assurance Supervisor and the Senior Data Officer.
Report any issues or concerns to the Quality Assurance Supervisor.
Be available to work a schedule that is flexible, including weekends and evenings, as required.
Travel to the field /villages as assigned and conduct interviews.
Perform any other necessary tasks assigned by the Senior Data Officer.
Attend Kobo/Comcare training and learn how to use Tablets/Smartphones for data collection.


Minimum Qualifications:Two years of experience in MEAL & data collection specifically FGD, KII, and HH surveys. 
Ability to frequently travel to the program's target communities.
Good written communication skills in English, excellent Pashto, or Dari language skills
Experience in conducting surveys.
Strong interpersonal skills
University Graduate.
Experience with Smartphone/ Kobo or Comcare/ tablet data collection.
