The IRC began planning to reopen an oPt country program in mid-2022 and launched an emergency response in Gaza in October 2023. The organization is currently supporting a network of local partners in both Gaza and the West Bank to sustain critical health, protection, food security, cash, education, and early childhood development interventions. The IRC is also deploying emergency medical teams to provide surge clinical capacity in hospitals and other health facilities. 
Job Overview/Summary:
Under the supervision of the Deputy Director of Field Management-Gaza, the Admin Officer will support administration-related activities in IRC’s OPT office in Gaza Office to undertake activities and perform duties in compliance with IRC policies and procedures. 
Major Responsibilities: 
•Raising PRs for operations needs for the supplies/services for OPT mission and track the approval of these PRs on INTEGRA.
•Track the lease agreements for IRC GHs/Offices and follow up timely payment. 
•Manage the GH booking for the IRC personnel and EMT team(s) in IRC GHs.
•Receive and make delivery receipt for the operations related supplies in Gaza. 
•Issuance of equipment to the IRC personnel, track the oPt assets and update the asset register for the oPt Gaza office as per IRC asset management policy. 
•Participate in the market market survey and sourcing of supplies from the local suppliers.  
•Coordinate SSU for the travel requests for the OPT personnel and EMT team(s). 
•As facility management focal point, ensure the oPt premises are operational in line with IRC operational needs and equipped with required services/facilities. 
•Perform all other ad-hoc duties, as and when assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:  
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field
Work Experience: Minimum of 2 year of professional experience in office administration, preferably with an international NGO, or multi-national firm. Candidates with IRC experience is encouraged to apply. 
Demonstrated Skills and Competencies: Self-motivated, honest, highly responsible, and punctual, Ability to improvise and be flexible when needed working under pressure. Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Language Skills: very good in Arabic and English 
Certificates or Licenses: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and any ERP systems.
