1. Introduction
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is implementing a new social media strategy in Ukraine and has launched a Facebook page (Ukrainian and English). To further enhance its social media presence, IRC seeks a qualified specialist to manage the page, create content, and provide Social Media Management (SMM) services.
2. Goals and Objectives
Main Goals:
●Maintain engagement with followers.
●Increase awareness of IRC's activities in Ukraine through Facebook.
Key Tasks:
●Collaborate with the Communications Manager on developing a content plan in line with the latest in-country development, key moments in Ukraine, as well as global/Europe editorial plan and priorities.
●Propose new content ideas and publications.
●Write posts about IRC’s activities.
●Edit images for posts following the IRC’s brandbook and Canva.
●Edit video content (input will be provided by IRC).
●Develop and publish visual materials adhering to IRC Brand Guidelines.
3. Scope of Work
3.1 Content Planning and Creation
●Develop a weekly content plan.
●Write four publications per week in both Ukrainian and English.
●Edit video Reels (1 Reel every week).
●Coordinate with the IRC team to get approval before posting.

Possible visits to locations for content collection (photos, videos, interviews) or media support, occurring 1-2 times per month.

3.2 Social Media Management for Facebook
●Create visuals and designs for posts using IRC`s templates.
●Publish four posts per week.
●Monitor trends and suggest relevant content (1 trend-based post per week).
●Respond to comments and messages from followers (standard responses will be provided).
3.3 Ads management
●Create targeted advertising campaigns for various audience segments.
●Set up targeting by interests, geographic location, and other parameters.
3.4.Reporting
●Monitor post performance and engagement.
●Submit monthly reports with analytics and suggestions for improvement.
●Adjust creatives and target audiences based on performance analysis.
4. Qualification Requirements
●At least 2 years of experience in content creation, SMM, and digital marketing.
●Portfolio showcasing at least two successful social media projects.
5. Terms of Execution
●Contract Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension
●Part-time position.
●Remote work with occasional travel to locations where teams are working for content collection or media support.
●Candidates should be based in Kharkiv, Odesa, or Dnipro.
