• Provide guidance on overall editorial direction and minimum needed re-conceptualization/adaptation of websites in line with the new platform/template; ensuring a well-designed, well-structured, easy to navigate and high quality written and visual content (based on the existing content and implementing the minimum required adaptations for the new information architecture/template) that conforms to web usability and content management standards.
• Support in setting up different user roles and permissions within the system and structure the interface accordingly.
• Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize the layout, structure, and flow of the front-end interface.
• Gather feedback early in the development process to ensure the interface meets the requirements and expectations of the stakeholders.
• Provide support in usability testing and refine the interfaces based on feedback from end-users to ensure functionality and user satisfaction.
• Ensure content reflect UNODC’s communications priorities and that text allows easy access for various target groups including the inclusion and diversity scope for persons with disabilities as well as gender and human rights.

- Provide annual and end of assignment self-reports on UN Volunteer actions, results and opportunities (for instance at https://vra.unv.org).
