Summary

The IRC in Ukraine is seeking a freelance designer to assist with the design of one report for wide distribution (visuals, graphs, photos, etc.), as well as other communication materials such as posters, cards, and more for specific activity related to children's health.

Tasks and Scope of Work:

Report Design

- Collaborate with IRC to understand report content and visual style.

- Design layout, graphics, and visuals, ensuring alignment with IRC branding. (examples of previous IRC reports HERE)

- Create infographics, charts, and tables for effective data presentation.

- Develop additional materials relevant to report (posters, booklets, etc.)

- Incorporate IRC feedback and revise as needed.

Children’s Health Material

- Design complementary materials like posters and cards as per recommended (including drawings, text, posters, board games).

- Maintain consistent and child friendly visual style throughout the material.

- Prepare print-ready and digital files.

Finalization and Delivery

- Deliver high-resolution print and web files.

- Provide support for final adjustments or format conversions.

Qualification Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in design

- Portfolio of at least three successful projects

Start Date: 16 September

Contract Duration: 4 weeks

Payment: 100,000 UAH, negotiable
