  • Support the development and delivery of a short training (online onboarding module)

  • Develop briefing papers that would complement the key concepts note on either of the two themes: WASH, Nutrition and/or Anticipatory Action (Disaster Risk Reduction - Climate Change Adaptation) summarising key linkages and potentials that we can leverage for our programming

  • Support the development of either a scoping study or an update of the climate risk assessment tool, depending on the start date

Your profile

  • You are enrolled as a student at university/college and have to accomplish a mandatory internship in the course of your current studies.

  • Ideally, you were already in touch with topics such as Climate Resilience, Disaster Risk Management and International Development.

  • Ideally, you have already gained some (work) experience in the field of development cooperation and/or humanitarian action.

  • You are a routined user of Office 365 software (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).

  • You have experience in working with MS Sharepoint (for intranet content).

  • You enjoy working in an intercultural environment, are a good communicator and have an open-minded personality.

  • You have an excellent command of spoken and written English; French and/or German language skills would be an asset.
