QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Training: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Education, Communication, Public Administration, Development Communication, Marketing or relevant course
Language: Filipino and English
Professional experience:
-
At least 5 years of relevant experience in creating communication strategies, information dissemination, and media management;

Proven experience in planning, implementation and evaluation of Social Behavior Change (SBC) interventions;
-
Has excellent knowledge and understanding of SBC, behavioral insights, its approaches, and other related frameworks;
-
Proven ability to engage, influence and work with stakeholders from different cultural and/or national backgrounds; and
-
Has a deep understanding of culture and social behavior of Filipinos to translate in frameworks and media materials.
Preferred Criteria:
-
At least 3 years of consultancy experience in development sector; and

Good understanding of national and local government’s education sector programs.
