This prestigious two-year rotational program is designed to recruit and develop outstanding talents who are eager to contribute to AIIB’s mission of fostering sustainable economic development and financing infrastructure in Asia.

About the Graduate Program

AIIB’s Graduate Program offers a unique opportunity for young professionals to:

  • Gain Diverse Experience: Be trained by their main department of assignment and rotate to different departments to acquire broad perspectives and skills.
  • Develop Professional Expertise: Work closely with AIIB’s industry experts on various projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute to Sustainable Development: Play a role in identifying, preparing, and monitoring projects that drive sustainable infrastructure development.
  • Receive Mentoring and Training: Benefit from career guidance, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.

Learning and Exposure

Through the AIIB Graduate Program, participants will: 

  • Engage in Hands-On Work: Collaborate with AIIB clients in more than 109 economies in bothpublic and private sectors to understand regional infrastructure development challenges.
  • Develop Skills and Expertise: Gain practical experience and professional skills by rotating through different departments.
  • Receive Comprehensive Training: Participate in training programs designed to enhance professional growth.
  • Benefit from Mentorship: Receive career guidance and support from AIIB’s experienced professionals.

Eligibility

  • Master’s degree with one to two years of relevant working experience OR Bachelor’s degree with two to three years of relevant working experience.
  • Fluent in oral and written English.
  • The program is open to candidates of any citizenship.

  • Upon completing your application, you will receive a separate invitation to participate in our chat-based screening process which will take around 5 minutes to complete.
