Context

In 2024, international development partners in Jordan strengthened their efforts to enhance the impact of their development cooperation in the country by better coordinating their support to Jordan’s development priorities. To this end, the Development Partners’ Group aims at strengthening synergies, reducing overlaps, and identifying further opportunities among international partners for coordinated and joint efforts in support of the Government of Jordan’s national development priorities. Composed of key bilateral and multilateral donors, the group is co-chaired by the UN Resident Coordinator, the World Bank Representative, and the USAID Mission Director. To support the group being more effective, Information Management (IM) support is needed to ensure consolidated information on international development cooperation in the country is collected, analyzed and made available to inform current and future cooperation, and to enhance the effectiveness and impact of their operations.
