Country Programme Manager – Ending Violence Against Women (EVAW)

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Overall implementation of the project in two districts in Rajasthan.
2. Monitoring and tracking progress of the monthly sessions on MHM at the school
as well with the community.
3. Preparing monthly reports, documentation as well as other compliance reports as
per project deliverables.
4. Liasioning with various Stakeholders of the project including District Health and
Education authorities along with various stakeholders of the project.
5. Developing IEC materials, modules in line with the project objectives.
6. Supervising the work of the field team and guiding them towards effective project implementation.

Child Survival India is looking for a Project Manager for its Menstrual Hygiene Management project in Behror.

Minimum work experience- 3yrs ( working in development/CSR projects preferred)

Preferred Qualification- MSW, MA sociology/ psychology , MA development studies , M.Sc Human Development or equivalent

Salary- Between Rs35000-40000 per month depending upon the candidates experience and credentials

Reporting: CSI Kalkaji Office with frequent travel to Behror, Rajasthan
