The key person responsible to strengthen and scale up the OUTREACH programme and push for outcomes in line with the vision and mission of the Trust. The scope /profile includes the following:
• Planning & Execution of the interventions at shelter homes, brothel communities and other sites.
• Networking and Advocacy: Lead advocacy, networking and linkages with regards to court cases at court level and affiliate NGOs; Engage with partners and other stakeholders for job placements, training and other areas necessary in the process of reintegration.
• Documentation & Report writing; developing and managing MIS for the outreach program
• Overall program development, budgeting, innovation and team management
• Ensure achievement of overall outcomes of the outreach program in line with the overall mission are attained and upscaled accordingly
· Hands-on involvement field activities closely and handholding team members to achieve objectives
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduation – BSW / MSW
