Programme Specialist, Trafficking in Persons (TIP)
The Programme Specialist (TIP) is a specialised thematic
role in ICMPD responsible for technical and analytical inputs across the organisation’s
operational portfolio and is responsible for providing expert technical
support to the implementation and coordination of the ICMPD activities related
to Trafficking in Persons (TIP), as well as the implementation of counter-trafficking
initiatives within the context of mixed-migration movements (including
irregular migration) and providing technical support for the management of the
mixed-migration programmes in relation to the combat of related forms of
criminal victimisation linked to human trafficking. S/he cultivates
working-level contacts and networks across key stakeholder groups in the field
of TIP​.
