Job Responsibilities:
⢠Strategic Planning: Lead the development and execution of innovative strategies to advance the organization's mission and objectives.
⢠Program Excellence: Oversee program development, ensuring high-quality and impactful initiatives that meet the needs of the target beneficiaries.
⢠Financial Management: Manage the organization's budget, drive financial sustainability, and explore new revenue streams through grants, partnerships, and fundraising.

Qualifications and Role Requirements:

⢠Educational Background: Masterâs degree in social sciences or related field from a reputed university.
⢠Work Experience: We value both professional and personal experience. Candidates having 10-12 years of proven track record of transformative leadership in the NGO or social sector are encouraged to apply.

2. Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
