Your Challenge:
CRY - Child Rights and You is Indiaâs premier child rights NGO. We work to ensure lasting change in children's lives by ensuring child rights through community empowerment. We do this by working with grassroots-level NGOs, communities and their children, influencing government policies, raising funds, and efficiently disbursing them, creating awareness and mobilizing peopleâs opinions on child rights.
Your Role:
The role encompasses managing key donors. The role responsibilities would constitute the following:
⢠Implementing the planned fund raising initiatives with key individual donors.
⢠Maintaining and developing relationships and creating a pool of references to for new income.
⢠Create customized presentations and proposals for prospective individual and corporate donors and discuss the same with them.
⢠Develop the new streams of fundraising involving family offices, HNIs, etc
⢠Input into planning, budgeting and reviews: Analyse present and past data, locate trends, and evolve plans to raise resources.
You:
You must hold a Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations or Mass Communications and have 5 to -8 years of experience in sales and marketing. Fluency and articulation of the English language is a must. A prior experience of making corporate presentations and writing proposals would be an added advantage.
