Exploring today’s and tomorrow's HR for the Impact sector: A Webinar Series on Sector-Specific Tech Developments

How AI and modern tech will change Human Resources in the Impact Sector?

We hear and read that the Human Resources tech- landscape will completely change with the launch of different AI models. We are truly in a time where AI and new technologies are introducing solutions that were previously only imagined. This is very exciting, but we are missing a discussion about  what's happening specifically for the Impact sector.

Are you working in human resources for an impact startup, national or international organization, NGO, multinational, or development bank?

Then, this webinar series is perfect for you.

In this webinar series, spread across five sessions, we'll walk you through what's going on with HR technology in our sector.

One of the first reactions many people have when discussing the use of AI and tech in HR is the risk of bias.. Hence, this is a topic mainstreamed throughout the series. But I am curious if the current human-biased recruitment process is guaranteed to be less biased than an AI-powered one. Is there a way to complement both processes to reach lower bias and a more accurate result?

We will highlight risks that we can already predict, and discuss strategies to avoid/mitigate these.

Each webinar covers one specific topic. Learn more about each session in the calendar further down in this article.

The series comes well-timed with the introduction of the Impactpool Talent Suite. A human resources platform using the latest technology tailored to the needs of impact organizations. The heart of the Impactpool Talent Suite is its algorithm, trained on a unique data set of over 1'000'000 impact verified job descriptions from 2800 different organizations and 800'000 global talents.

Who should attend this webinar series?
