Several International Organizations have senior positions coming up, they look for women that have led units or teams of 10-15 people (HQ setting) and of 10-100 (in field settings). You have led in a multicultural setting. It is an advantage having professional experience as Deputy Country Director, Country Director, Regional Manager, Country Manager and similar. You hold a masters degree and 10 years of experience.
You work in English and it is a significant advantage if you also work in another language like Arabic, Chinese, French, Portuguese, Spanish.
