Amber Çakar is an Impactpool Fellow since November 2022, who has worked in many local positions in Turkey despite being American

Manoj Kumar is an Impactpool Fellow who has worked as Country Director in many well known NGOs: BRAC, VSO, Save the Children, CARE, Plan, Concern Worldwide, and ActionAid.

The conversation is facilitated by Impactpool Career Coach, Linda Bawazir Davin with over 18 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager and Talent Acquisition Partner with the US Department of State, UNICEF, UNRWA and World Food Program (WFP); working and living in Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Europe. She will be facilitating the panel discussion.
