The World Food Programme is the world’s largest humanitarian organization saving lives in emergencies and using food assistance to build a pathway to peace, stability and prosperity, for people recovering from conflict, disasters and the impact of climate change.
Powered by the passion, dedication and professionalism of more than 23,000 employees worldwide, the World Food Programme (WFP) works in over 120 countries and territories to bring life-saving food to people displaced by conflict and made destitute by disasters, and help individuals and communities find life-changing solutions to the multiple challenges they face in building better futures.
The war in Ukraine continues to inflict untold suffering on civilians, to displace families, and to disrupt supply chains and food production. 1 in 3 families are struggling to find or afford enough food in Ukraine. WFP supports 3 million people every month in the country, using a mix of food and cash assistance. We support people wherever they are, focusing on areas near the frontline.
There are already more than 120 Ukrainians working for WFP in Kyiv, Dnipro, Odesa, and Lviv. We are looking for professionals who are passionate about helping those in need.
