Director, Data and Analytics - D2 - Closing 25th September

Location: Geneva, Switzerland

The Director provides strategic vision and direction to a multidisciplinary team within the Department and technical programmes across the three levels of the Organization (headquarters, regions and country offices). The Director will politically position the work of the Department and act as the global representative and overall spokesperson, engaging internationally in dialogue with senior officials of global health organizations, as well as with Ministries of Health, National Statistics Organizations, Development Agencies, Donors and other stakeholders. The Director provides senior level advice and guidance to senior management and is accountable for the overall management and galvanization of Department teams to meet the objectives of the Organization.

 

Director, Polio Eradication - D2 - Closing 9th October

Location: Geneva, Switzerland

The Director provides strategic direction and vision to the World Health Organization's polio eradication activities, and through existing collaborations, to the Global Polio Eradication Initiative aligned with WHO's commitment for the gender equality and women's empowerment. The Director will politically position the work of the Polio Eradication Programme in WHO and act as the global representative and overall spokesperson of Programme, engaging internationally in dialogue with senior officials of global health organizations, as well as with Ministers of Health, Partner Agencies, Donors and other stakeholders.
